We are pet friendly! Cats and dogs are welcome!
Pets - Max 2 Allowed & Combined weight limit of 75 lbs max.
One-time Pet Registration Fee: $500 for 1st pet, $250 for 2nd pet
One-time Pet Screening Fee: $20 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet
We do not have a pet deposit.
Please contact leasing office for list of prohibited breeds & policies
We allow qualified service animals and emotional support animals without deposit/fee.
Veterinary docs showing breed, weight & vaccination records before move-in/at time of pet acquisition. Fines for Pet(s) urinating/defecating outside of the designated area 1st Fine $50, 2nd Fine $150, 3rd Fine could result in lease termination.
